Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in the implementation of the Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/3006 in support of SEESAC disarmament and arms control activities in South-East Europe, reducing the threat of illicit small arms and light weapons (SALW) and their ammunition.
To contract an expert to support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Customs Authorities to counter firearms trafficking in Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo*, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.
Period of assignment/services: February 2025 – November 2025
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
