Salary: £85 – £95 per dayThe School/role:
I am working with a that is seeking for passionate and resilient Social, Emotional and Mental Health mentors to join their team. This school in Birmingham strives to provide the best quality teaching and learning with an inclusive and personalised curriculum. It is essential that these students have a SEMH Teaching Assistant to act as a positive role model as well as good academic knowledge to provide lesson support. A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
  • PECS and Makaton training/experience
  • SEMH, SEBD needs experience
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
  • Full DBS – on the update service

Expected salary

£85 – 95 per day
