We embrace the richness of our diverse community and strive to create an environment where all students can thrive.Collaborate with experienced educators to support classroom activities and enhance the learning experience for students.Provide individualized assistance to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential.Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, incorporating innovative teaching methods to engage students effectively.Contribute to the school’s inclusive and supportive culture, fostering a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.Requirements:A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in students’ lives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students and the school community.For Graduate Teaching Assistants: A degree in a relevant subject area and/or previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
