Salary: £13.68 to £14.88 per hour (Depending on experience)

As an SEN Learning Support, you’ll make a real difference in students’ lives! You’ll help teachers bring lessons to life and create a classroom where everyone feels supported. Whether you’re working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll guide students through challenges and help them reach their full potential. With a focus on supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), your role will be key in helping every child succeed and thrive!Role Accountabilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils who require additional help.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation.

Role Requirements:

• Experience as a Learning support, ideally with SEN, within a school environment.
• A true passion for education and a strong desire to see students succeed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teachers and students.
• The ability to adapt and support various learning styles and classroom dynamics.
• An updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
