• Implementing personalized behavioral management plans for students with diverse needs
• Providing 1:1 support and guidance to students during challenging moments
• Collaborating closely with teaching staff and external professionals to develop effective intervention strategies
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavior, adjusting support as needed
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters growth and positive social interaction
• Supporting students in developing essential life skills and coping mechanisms to navigate daily challenges
