SEN TeacherLocation: SheffieldSalary Scale: M1 to UP3Start Date: ASAPAbout the Role:A SEN teacher working with students with special educational needs and mental health needs in primary schools play a vital role in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments, promoting the well-being and academic success of all students. - Develop and implement personalized education plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff, to ensure the success and well-being of every student.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers, providing regular feedback and support.
The successful candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with children with autism or SEN.
- A genuine passion for working with children with autism and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
