Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Merton
Salary: £145 to £230 per dayGSL Education is currently seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive school in Merton. If you have experience working in an SEMH setting and are passionate about making a positive impact on students with special educational needs, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Personalised Teaching: Develop and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and other special educational needs.
• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment that encourages all students to reach their potential.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and the SENCO to implement individualised learning plans and effective interventions.
• Progress Tracking: Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximise learning and engagement.
• Building Connections: Build supportive relationships with students to foster their social, emotional, and academic growth.
