Role: SEN Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S11, S12)
Salary: £150 to £230 per day

In this role, you will work directly with students who have a variety of special educational needs, including physical, emotional, and learning challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: * Individualised Support: Develop and implement personalised learning strategies to help students access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and provide insightful feedback to parents and colleagues to support their academic growth.
• Emotional Support: Foster a nurturing and secure environment, offering emotional guidance and encouragement to students in need.
• Communication: Ensure effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in each student’s educational journey.
• Inclusion: Advocate for inclusivity within the school community, ensuring that students with special educational needs feel a sense of belonging and support.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students with special educational needs succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with the school team.
• Previous experience in supporting students with special educational needs is advantageous.
