Seeking a SEN Teacher in Bournemouth!Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 Per Annum
Start Date: Immediate / April

GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher for a local school based in Bournemouth immediately. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. With your expertise in SEN education, you will empower students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN
• Provide individualised support and guidance to students, promoting their academic and personal development
• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students with SEN
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education
• Previous experience of working in a SEN school setting
• Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
• Dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education
