Salary scale: £150-£230 dependent on experience and qualifications
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We are committed to providing high-quality education and support to all our students, especially those with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.

- Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.
