This role is crucial in supporting the class teacher in the teaching and welfare of all children in the class. We are looking for someone with experience working with children who is enthusiastic about celebrating individual personal and academic achievements.You should be caring, hardworking, a team player, and willing to undergo training.Your Role:Be part of a multi-disciplinary team under the leadership and supervision of the teacher and senior staff.Work with individuals and groups, including those with SEN, to supervise their physical and general care.Support pupils’ access to learning and provide general assistance in managing theclassroom.As part of the role, you will work with specific groups of pupils’ to help address their social and emotional needs. These groups are designed to provide academic teaching while helping children develop social skills, confidence, and self-respect, with a focus on language development and communication.
