SEN Teaching AssistantSEND Teaching Assistant – LiverpoolMilk Education are recruiting for purpose-driven, ambitious SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our SEN schools in Liverpool to work on a long-term basis with the strong possibility to go permanent as soon as possible!You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for those with additional needs.This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Support the pupils consistently on a 1:1 basis and group basis whilst responding to their individual needs
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
• Deliver catch-up sessions

Essential Qualifications:

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
• Must have a passion for education
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
