They are currently in need of a Teaching Assistant for supply work, and the successful candidate will likely commence in September 2024.Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
• Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
• Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
• SEN experience would be essential.
• Experience assisting secondary based students.
