• Salary: £80-£100 per day.
• Location: Schools across North London, particularly within the borough of Enfield, including areas like Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.
• Start Date: September, the ideal time to start a new role at the beginning of the academic year.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide individualised support to students with various special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive in a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions tailored to each student’s needs.
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the classroom, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.

We’re Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Prior experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, and Severe Learning Difficulties.
• A patient and caring attitude, with a genuine commitment to making a difference in students’ lives.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other staff members and parents.
