SEN Teaching Assistant | £80-£100 per day | September Start | East LondonReeson Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in East London this September. • Location: Schools across East London, particularly within the borough of Waltham Forest, including areas such as Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide targeted support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, and Speech, Language & Communication needs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to implement tailored support strategies that address the individual needs of each student.
• Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting positive interactions and a conducive learning environment.

We’re Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
