• Provide personalized support to pupils facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers to effectively manage classroom behaviour.
• Advocate for the progress and development of every student in your care.

• Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Enhanced DBS certificate.
