You will be supporting them in both one-to-one settings and small group environments within a specialist provision designed for students with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs). Your role will be vital in helping them engage in learning and achieve their potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personalised support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers.
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Monitoring and reporting student progress to ensure individual needs are met.
• Promoting independence and self-confidence among pupils.
