Join Our Team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in King’s Lynn!Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk
Pay: £13 – £15 Per Hour (Inclusive of 12.07% Holiday Pay)

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit, specialist team in King’s Lynn. Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Support Teaching and Learning: Assist individuals, small groups, or the whole class in line with the teacher’s plans.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Organise and maintain the classroom and learning resources to encourage student participation.
• Monitor Progress: Track student achievements and development, providing feedback and support.
• Promote Inclusion and Independence: Help students engage with peers, build self-confidence, and work towards their goals.
• Provide Care and Support: Support personal care needs as required, including helping with eating, dressing, and toileting.
• Be a Role Model: Lead by example, encouraging students to interact positively and work together.

• Driving Licence: Access to your own vehicle is required to commute to the school in King’s Lynn.
