Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – Inspiring Primary School in BristolAre you passionate about empowering children with additional needs? An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Bristol is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team ASAP. This role runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.The Role:
- Full-time position supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across different year groups.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students build confidence and develop key skills.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and create an engaging, inclusive environment.
- Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, fostering independence and resilience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (school-based or similar settings).
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference.
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (registered with the online Update Service or willing to process with Class People).
