SEN Teaching Assistant – No Experience Needed!Location: Dorset
Hours: Full-time, Term Time OnlyAre you passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) but don’t have classroom experience? If you have experience in childminding, care work, volunteering, or personal experience supporting children with additional needs, we would love to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties in a specialist school setting.Helping students develop their social and communication skills.Assisting with daily classroom activities and learning.Providing one-to-one or small group support to children with additional needs.Encouraging independence and confidence in students.What We’re Looking For:Experience working with children with SEN (this could be personal, voluntary, or professional).A patient, caring, and understanding approach.A willingness to learn and develop in an SEN environment.The ability to build strong relationships with children and staff.Benefits:
