Due to increased demand last academic year around this time of year, ABC Teachers are currently looking to recruit reliable and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool.You will be working in a variety of mainstream Primary schools in and around the Dudley and Sandwell area. The roles vary from short term and day to roles at various settings, to long term roles based at a single school, so whether you are looking for flexible work to fit around current commitments or something long term, we’d love to hear from you!Requirements:– Relevant experience within an SEND children that we are able to obtain reference.– Positive and calm attitude, able to create an inclusive environment within schools.– Good knowledge of working within an SEND students on a 1:1/ small group basis with great communication skills.– Reliable and adaptable, able to work proactively alone and within a team.– A Teaching Assistant or Support work qualification would be desirable but not essential.Safeguarding RequirementsWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
