You will work closely with teachers and other education and training professionals to create a positive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of each student.Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group support as a SEN Teaching Assistant with Support Worker Background
• Assist with the implementation of education and training plans for students with SEN
• Support students with both academic and emotional development in your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant with Support Worker Background
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child
