The aim will be is to empower pupils through tailored support, enabling them to achieve academic, social, and emotional success.As a SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with varying needs.
• Assist with behaviour management, fostering a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Support pupils with personal care, where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Help monitor and track pupil progress, contributing to individual education plans (IEPs).

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children in EYFS / SEND (preferred but not essential).
• Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Hold a relevant qualification (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
