Senior AI Research ScientistLondon, UK (on-site)IC Resources is seeking a Senior AI Research Scientist to join our client’s team based in London, UK. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research projects, focusing on advancing theoretical foundations and algorithms for Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC).Primary Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to advanced research projects in AIGC theory and multimodal text-and-image/video generation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype innovative solutions and patent new technologies.Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and engage with the academic community through talks and external collaborations.Mentor research interns and junior researchers, fostering a culture of learning and development.Essential Experience:PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent research experience.Expertise in image/video generation and large language models (LLMs), including multimodal LLMs.Strong track record of research with publications in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, and journals like JMLR, TPAMI.Desired Experience:Passion for large language models and text-to-image/video models, with hands-on experience in ViTs, Diffusions, or Video VAEs.Experience mentoring junior researchers.Industry experience and familiarity with collaborating on product development.Knowledge of PyTorch Profiler, DeepSpeed, HuggingFace, or related frameworks.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Private medical insurance.25 days holiday.Pension scheme.And much more!Interested?
