Elevate your career by joining our dynamic team as a Sales Enablement Analyst, where you play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes through advanced CRM management and data analysis. As a key liaison between sales and other departments, your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth audits of our CRM tool, leading training sessions, and driving process improvements to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Advanced CRM Management: Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of the CRM tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement advanced tactics to optimize data use and reporting.
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform weekly and monthly sales reporting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Process Improvement and Reporting: Develop and refine reports and procedures to identify and rectify data discrepancies. Play a key role in enhancing sales data integrity and reliability.
Sales Process Training and Compliance: Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Sales Processes and CRM tool usage. Ensure company-wide adherence to policies and procedures, acting as a subject matter expert.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between sales and other departments, facilitating communication, research, and support for post-contract execution activities.
Support and Initiative: Proactively support the sales team in various capacities, demonstrating initiative and ownership in all tasks.
Sales Process Training and Compliance: Leads comprehensive training sessions focused on maximizing the utilization of CRM tools within the context of sales and customer success processes.
Collect and analyze data: Prepare recommendations for sales leadership, particularly related to team and customer performance.
Enhance and/or develop standard dashboards and reports; ability to communicate and champion these throughout the Sales and Customer Success team.
Education & Experience Requirements
5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in data management, analysis, and sales enablement in a business setting.
Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrable expertise in Excel and data analytics.
Bachelor’s Degree: In business, finance, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales processes, the sales lifecycle, and basic programming skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced Attention to Detail: Critical for high-impact reporting and data integrity.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Particularly advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
Ownership and Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines.
Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and Sales Processes.

Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.

The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $97,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The benefits for this position include professional growth and development, health, dental, vision, well-being, health savings, flexible spending, retirement, open leave, and annual discretionary bonus and incentives.
