Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionJob Description for Senior Associate Counsel – Sourcing LegalThis role sits within a fun, supportive and hard-working Legal Team, who manage corporate, sourcing, employment, privacy and M and A.This team is part of a larger Legal, Ethics and Compliance (LEC) Team in Visa’s Europe region (including, competition, commercial, UK and EU regulatory), which has consistently had some of the highest engagement scores and prides itself on a creative, collaborative, can-do approach.The team works at the cutting edge of new payment technologies, innovation and the fintech industry in an increasingly regulated environment, which brings unique and novel challenges to include ESG and AI.Key Accountabilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Essential Skills:
