As our Senior Behavioural Designer, you will work closely with the team and various business stakeholders to bring a deep understanding of what shapes our customers’ emotion and behaviour, applying these insights to real-world problems in the design of our evolving customer experiences in digital banking.Is this role right for you?

  • Applies behavioural science expertise across several client journeys to optimize experiences, including the three-step process: understanding behaviour and context; ideating and designing behavioural strategies and solutions; and impact evaluation and experimentation
  • Designs and conducts research through both qualitative and quantitative methods, to understand psychological and behavioural factors that influence people’s financial habits, decisions and wellbeing, creating a pathway for innovation and change

Contributes to and champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgePartners to solve complex design challenges through the lens of behavioural design in a range of contexts, including digital interactions, digital selling, digital services, and physical productsPartners with the Beta & Experimentation team to conducts experiments to test the impact of designs for desired behavioural outcomesAnalyzes & interprets data from experiments & surveys to communicate results to key stakeholdersDemonstrates thought leadership by staying up to date on the latest developments and literature on behavioural science and theories related to promoting positive change in financial-based behaviours, as well as in the technology and methodology of intervention design and evaluationDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?Masters degree or PhD in behavioural science, psychology, cognitive neuroscience, human factors or other related field preferred3-5 years previous experience applying behavioural insights to real-world problemsExperience with data analysis tools such as Excel, R or Python is preferredDemonstrates a positive and resilient personality; able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.Has a history of solving problems, creating solutions and driving change within a teamComfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time efficiently.What’s in it for you?
