Duration: 12 Months (With Possible Extensions)Mandatory:

Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a Sr. BA
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with business requirements and use case development and analysis.
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with user adoption strategies (Change management and training plans)
Minimum 5-10 years’ Experience managing department requirement matrixes across multiple departments.

Preferences:

Preferably 3-5 years’ experience with voice call flows
Preferably 3-5 years’ experience with unified communications solutions
Experience managing end user asset management with multiple parts and complex licenses would be strongly preferred. E.g., Vocera badges, batteries, chargers, headsets, licensing assignments, etc.
Experience with end user training in a clinical setting would be strongly preferred.
Experience with call flow design and build would be strongly preferred.
Experience with clinical communication and collaboration solutions would be strongly preferred. Specific experience with Vocera would be considered to be an asset.
Experience with Vocera integration engine call Engage and writing Engage expression rules would be beneficial.
Experience with clinical nurse call solutions and integration with Vocera would be a major asset.
