The role we are offering you:

By joining our financial systems team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our financial systems and finance processes, working directly for the financial systems manager. Ready to:

  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

  • Manage and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and regular operations

  • Lead assessment of options for both process and system improvements

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders, including taking charge of follow-ups

  • Liaise between various business departments and groups (mainly finance and IT, both internal and external), representing the financial systems team

  • Create, implement and present precise management plans and presentations for projects/enhancements, with attention to transparent communication at all levels

  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience working within an ERP, FP&A and consolidation systems

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field

  • Accounting knowledge / background / experience

  • Strong communications skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent business analysis skills to convert user needs into clear system requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills

  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols and making links between various systems, tools and processes

  • Proven analytical abilities and ease with Excel to make sense of large volumes of data via pivots, analysis and presentations

  • Proactive individual with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams

  • Openness to learning and understanding new technology / systems

Good assets:

  • Specific experience with Oracle / Hyperion environment (Oracle 11/12/Cloud, HFM, PBCS, FDM/FDMEE)

  • Superior knowledge of Excel

  • Communication skills in French, both written and spoken
