We are seeking a candidate to join our Digital Product Management team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive business and product support. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with various teams, including Compliance, Portfolio Construction, Sales Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless daily operations. You will work closely with business partners to facilitate the development of intricate business requirements and engage in solution design discussions and testing to meet project requirements through daily scrums, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement. You will actively participate in key Agile/Scrum rituals.Responsibilities of the Role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create illustrative examples to clarify understandings and challenges.
  • Conduct data analysis to support requirements; review specifications with business stakeholders and obtain development approval.
  • Work closely with the development team to facilitate technical design, create system specifications, and agile stories.
  • Lead story grooming sessions, provide clarifications as needed, and approve QA test cases.
  • Assist in test case development, review, execute part of test cases, and support stakeholders during testing activities.

The Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience implementing technology solutions within an asset management firm.
  • Prior experience in wealth management, capital markets, and market data is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in business and data analysis.
  • Technical expertise in databases and SQL writing.
  • Experience in the financial domain, especially in asset management.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools, process modeling, and drawing tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple related initiatives simultaneously.
