Job DescriptionAs a Senior Change Manager, you will be a vital part of our client’s team, assisting organizations in planning, implementing, and communicating change. Your role involves developing and executing change management deliverables, including sponsor and stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training initiatives. Certification in industry-standard Change Management methodologies such as Prosci or CCMP is essential to ensure our clients’ success.QualificationsQualifications:

• 5 years of experience in helping organizations plan, implement, and communicate change.
• 3 years of experience in developing and implementing change management deliverables.
• Certification in industry-standard Change Management methodology (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).
• Proficiency in strong facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Critical thinking abilities and proficiency with MS Office
• Effective planning and prioritization skills
