• Project Management Experience: Deliver quality multi-PLT/stream, large, complex programs
• Strategic Mindset: Develop a strategic vision and correlating priorities to lead the team through delivery
• People Leadership Skills: Leverage the leader/coach model to drive a high-performance team culture
• Financial Management Skills: Capture and track project financials, reporting on status and measuring overall profitability
• Operational Know-How: Operational best practices in service delivery, assurance and customer care
• Compelling Communication Skills: Clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication to various audiences
• Decisive Nature: Analyze data to make decisions and problem solve to align with the corporate strategic vision

QualificationsWhat you bring

• Bilingualism English and French (mandatory)
• PMP designation – thorough understanding of project management methodologies, principles and practices
• 7+ years of program and/or project management of major, complex engagements managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder groups
• A disciplined approach to ensure strong project financial controls to manage revenue, margin, and capital spend aligned with the business case
• Demonstrated knowledge of TELUS wireline and/or wireless products and supporting fulfillment processes
• Security clearance: Candidates must have, or meet, Provincial and Federal security clearance requirements
• Ability to travel

Great-to-have

• Scrum master certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL certification, or equivalent designation
• Experience with public sector customers is desirable

Intermediate knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position’s main responsibilities, given its national scope.Salary Range: $95,000-$143,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
