The role involves supervising a varied spectrum of projects, including high-tech clients, premium residential developments, municipal councils, developers, and esteemed academic institutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering cooperative partnerships within the nationwide Project Management team, contributing significantly to a dynamic portfolio of projects.This position presents an exceptional opportunity for personal career advancement and expanding the client base.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage diverse projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector.
• Collaborate effectively within the nationwide Project Management team.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the project portfolio.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally chartered status or progressing towards chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB.
• Significant experience in a construction, design, and build project management role within a consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
