About the Opportunity
- Review, draft, and revise legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, statements of work, and vendor contracts.
- Respond to daily legal inquiries and provide timely guidance.
- Support legal projects and initiatives as needed.
- Manage the intake process for legal team requests, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain and update databases for insurance policies and intellectual property portfolios.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the company’s contract repository.
- Oversee the upkeep of company minute books and corporate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Review, update, and manage legal precedents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a law clerk.
- Completion of a Law Clerk program or similar certification.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law with proven expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and practical judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Pay Range:
