Make an Impact by

  • Providing quality customer service to Singtel customers & related working partners over the phone.
  • Proactively promoting Singtel products and services whenever possible.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to customers.
  • Demonstrate self-responsibility by maintaining systems user login access & upgrade knowledge to new systems.
  • Demonstrate superior telephone techniques by listen, probe and questions to meet the quality assurance standards.
  • Multitask and must acquire to meet Service Level Agreement i.e. 1 hour commitment.
  • Follow-up and ownership on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
  • Email user guides & portal information to customers
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environments by showing strong time management with positive attitude.
  • Tactful & good eyeball to identify fake URL & scam email addresses.

Skills for Success:

  • Min N/O/A Level, NITEC certificate
  • Min 1 to 2 years in customer service with experience in a call centre, hospitality, retail, telesales, or similar fields
  • Good communication skills, command of English
  • Bonus if have experience in CMS (content management system) software
  • Bonus if familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas)
  • On-job-training will be provided
