Senior Customer Officer/ Customer Officer (Hotline/ Livechat/ Email)

Job Opportunity

1. Customer Officer, Shatin (Day / Night / Overnight Shift)

Shift duty within 08:00 – 20:00 / 15:00 – 00:00 / 21:00 – 06:00

2. Customer Officer, Shatin (Live Chat / Email)

Shift duty within 08:30 – 19:00 / 14:00 – 00:00

3. Customer Officer, Shatin (Japanese Speaking)

Shift duty within 09:00 – 00:00

4. Customer Officer, Tuen Mun (6-month contract)

Shift duty within 09:00 – 00:00

Your role

• Handle customers’ inquiries via phonecalls and multi digital channels, e.g live-chat, email, social media to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Timely escalate to Unit Manager when the case is beyond his/her knowledge and authority or requested by customers
• Identify opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

5. Clerk, Tuen Mun (Service Support)

Shift duty within 12:00 – 22:00

Your role

• To support any kinds of bill and customer service enquiries or issues follow up towards customers
• To follow up any after sales and change service transactions
• To support In & Outbound customer calls for follow up activities
• To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
• To provide administrative support
• To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need

To succeed in this role 

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented manner
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge of common PC software applications
• Knowledge of mobile products and services & willingness to perform sales duties will be an advantage
