JOB REQUIREMENTS: LOCATION: West Allis, occasionally help cover other
local Milwaukee branches as needed HOURS: Monday through Friday 8-5 PM

What it’s like to be a Customer Service Representative III/Lead Join

Representative III/Lead! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our
operations, handling primary vault teller responsibilities with
precision and efficiency. Your knack for ensuring customers receive
accurate information and exemplary service will shine as you oversee
customer and bank transactions. As a go-to resource for your fellow
CSRs, you’ll lead by example, assisting with transactions and guiding
fellow staff members along the way. Get ready to showcase your talents

Customer Service Representative III/Lead at Peoples State Bank, you’ll
thrive in this role if you possess a high school diploma or equivalent
along with preferred banking and/or sales experience. Your sharp
attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling will be crucial, as
well as your proficiency with various computer tools. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills will set you apart as you impart
knowledge and provide guidance to the team. If you’re someone who

required for the position are: High school diploma or equivalent.
Banking/teller, customer service and/or sales experience. Strong
attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling. Good computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to impart
knowledge of tasks and perform remedial training as needed. Demonstrated
leadership skills preferred. Ability to balance multiple tasks
