  • Build and grow the advisory and data engagements with clients across the ecosystem as they seek sustainable solutions to deliver to their customers (consumer), clients (commercial) and merchants.
  • Shape the strategy of the practise that supports Visa’s clients in offering sustainable options for consumers, clients and merchants, and supports clients more broadly in their ESG strategy.
  • Lead interactions and collaboration with key stakeholders across internal Visa areas – including but not limited to: Account Executives, Advisory, Data, VMS and the VGS team.
  • Build, lead, and manage pipeline of sustainable solution client offerings including pricing, practise offerings and use cases.
  • Lead commissioning and analysis of market research in close partnership with Visa clients to understand client and consumer needs and potential solutions to feed into your practise development.
  • Direct interactions with VCA leads in each region and champions. Whenever needed also with client and Account Executives to develop value propositions and deliver on client needs
  • Define and drive towards sales targets, winning and retaining diverse range of clients across payments model and government landscape
  • Create practise roadmap and valuable KPIs to track and measure success of the team and aligned to Visa goals
  • Support other areas of VSS and VGS to achieve overall targets

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications– 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or PhD
– Senior level industry related experience, with ideally at least 10 years of experience in business strategy and/or consulting and business development
– Deep understanding of and passion towards sustainability
– Knowledge and experience of the payments and/or banking industry
– Demonstrated advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully promote collaboration across different teams and interface with people at all levels of the organization (including senior executive)
– Proven track record in a leadership role, operating in a cross-functional matrix environment and demonstrating strong thought leadership, effective decision making and a passion for driving innovation
– Experience in successfully driving towards commercialization through identifying opportunities and developing solutions centred around client needs
– Experience in managing practise roadmap and practise development for high impact and growth execution
– Flexible leadership style, with the ability to adapt quickly to new demands, assimilating a vast array of information in order to shape priorities
– Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting market research, and taking prompt, decisive action to drive for success
