We provide digital solutions so our clients, including NHS Trusts, Universities, businesses and
local authorities, can engage their people to achieve their sustainability targets. Our mission
is to empower and motivate people to take action for a sustainable future.
We’re all about driving positive behaviour change through our website and mobile-app based
engagement programme. This means rewarding people for their positive actions, whether it’s
energy saving in the workplace or improving waste minimisation among residents. We’re proud to
be working with some of the largest and most progressive organisations in the UK who, like us,
believe that we will reach net zero much faster by bringing more people on the journey. We’re
also proud of our purpose-driven culture, united by our mission and ambitions to reach more
people with our award-winning product and service.
About the role
As Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be leading our team of Engagement Managers with the
overall aim to increase registration rates and member engagement, and drive behaviour change
across our programmes. That means getting employees, students and residents to register and
engage with our programmes.
You’ll be responsible for driving new ideas on how communications and content can maximise
engagement. You’ll work closely with the Client Success Team to align to client needs, and
you’ll input into new product feature developments and how these are rolled out with our
Product Manager.
As team leader, you’ll be overseeing an already established collaborative and creative team,
and supporting efficient ways of working to align with company growth goals.
You’ll also get creative yourself! You’ll create copy and content, such as newsletters and
social media assets, and we’ll train you so that you’re well-versed in our Content Management
System (which is similar to Wordpress).
We’re a supportive, friendly and fun company looking for someone who is keen to try out new
ideas, enjoys collaborating as part of a team and keen to develop their own managerial and
leadership skills. We’ll train you on everything about our product and programmes, you just
