• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and provide financial recommendations.
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Actively pursuing CPA designation (CPA PEP enrollment or higher preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an asset.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
