The role supports all financial planning & analysis activities with respect to Actuals, Plan, Update, Long Range Plan, monthly Forecast, and ad-hoc analysis as needed to support day-to-day operations and strategic plans.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close activities including P&L review and variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, headcount reporting, as well as a monthly management report package
• Support the planning process for all P&L expense areas such as marketing, promotion, sales force, etc.
• Responsible for tracking of promotional/non-promotional and co-pay budgets and analysis of monthly actual financial results for the responsible franchises, including comparisons against Plan/Update/Forecast to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Operate independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develop meaningful management reporting schedules
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate on project teams as required.
• Interact with all levels of management to communicate financial implications and guidance

QualificationsQualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independentl
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Experience with large scale ERP and planning systems such as BPC and SAP preferred.
