About Our Client:Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A with at least a 3 years in finance (accounting, reporting, corporate finance).Responsibilities
- Help with financial forecasting, re-forecasting, and analysis
- Review quarterly earnings forecasts and spot unusual variances
- Compare actual results to forecasts, look into discrepancies, and suggest updates
- Consider macroeconomic factors that could impact forecasts
- Share key variances with senior management through reports and presentations
- Support quarterly and year-end reporting of key financial metrics
- Put together asset management reports on AUM, fee revenues, and earnings
- Work with relevant contacts to understand changes in key metrics
- Check and analyze trends across different reporting periods
- Contribute to building a 5-year business plan with finance, investments, and M&A teams
- Make sure business plans follow accounting policies and company goals
- Connect with operating companies to understand strategies, priorities, and risks
- Create clear, easy-to-follow presentations for senior management
- Design PowerPoint decks to present financial insights clearly
- Organize and simplify tables for ad-hoc analysis
- Find ways to improve processes, boost efficiency, and support growth
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or business + CPA/CA
- 3-5 years in finance (accounting, reporting, corporate finance)
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; OneStream is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Clear and effective with people at all levels
- Manages multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and stays organized
- Team-focused, ethical, and always looking for ways to improve
