In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your OpportunityOur Winnipeg office is looking for a Senior Associate / Manager, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services to join our Corporate Restructuring team and own the following responsibilities:
- Advise corporations, lenders, creditors and shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds and financial restructurings (formal and informal);
- Prepare integrated cash flow models;
- Analyze and assess cash flow models, projections, and business plans;
- Communicate with debtors, creditors, governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, and Court attendance;
- Draft and present reports and recommendations for financial institutions, C-suite executives, shareholders, and other stakeholders;
- Identify, target, and develop referral sources;
- Assist with practice development assignments; and
- Flexibility to meet with stakeholders during non-business hours.

Experience and education
- Previous experience and/or an interest in the restructuring field;
- CPA accounting designation is required;
- Willingness to enroll in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) program.
- Financial modeling skills;
- Able to liaise well with staff and interested stakeholders;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
- Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills;
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; and
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks.
