We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.Act as a bridge between business, development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well documented & understood.

• 5+ years experience with Fiserv.
• Deep understanding of Fiserv APIs, including opportunities for API performance improvement (i.e., via the use of Fiserv experience APIs to orchestrate several calls under a single endpoint)
• Manages the daily scrum process, as a scrum master, ensuring the proper documentation of user stories & pointing of stories is done in Jira.
• Ensure backlog is well-groomed to prevent sprint velocity slow downs
• Ensure APIs meet industry standards for data security, PCI/DSS compliance, and financial transaction processing, when required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track key project metrics such as timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Ensure dashboards are up to date, accurate, and aligned with project goals, providing clear visibility into project status for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Automate reporting process to streamline project tracking and reduce manual effort.

Show Us What You’ve Got

• Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 6+ years if experience as Business Analyst with a focus on strong reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Senior BA (standard BA skills including strong requirements gathering and analysis).
• Prefer strong experience in the control room space including employee and firm conflict of interest.
• Prefer strong experience in STAR COMPLIANCE system
