The Senior Functional Process Leader for Cytiva is responsible for Cytiva’s Product Lifecycle Processes (PLP) to effectively manage products throughout their lifecycle from idea conception through market launch to discontinuation.

In this unique role you will closely collaborate with R&D leaders to further enhance existing process concepts as well as develop new ones to enable faster and even more effective product launches. Being part of a central group function you will have full exposure across the entire Biotechnology platform, engaging with each of the Cytiva Operating companies. The ideal candidate will be vital to exploring new best practices on how we ideate, create and manufacture life changing products.

This position is part of the Portfolio Insights and Modeling​ (Cytiva CTO) and preferred location is in EU or US.

What you will do:

• Develop the Product Lifecycle Processes (PLP)

• Develop PLP training material and conduct training sessions

• Support Cytiva organization with PLP knowledge and best practices

• Follow up and measure implementation success

• Creation of PLP strategies and plans

Who you are:

• Long-standing experience in Project/Program leadership within R&D and Life Sciences

• Extensive experience in Product development within Life Sciences

• Excellent communication skills as well as experience in teaching/training

• Fluency in English both in written and oral

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Extensive experience of Teaching/Training

• Engineering / Design

• Quality management systems

• Technical writing
