For this position, we are also looking for:Master’s or PhD qualified candidates within Civil/Geotechnical with relevant experience in the field of offshore/nearshore geotechnics / soil mechanics covering field experience (soil investigations, laboratory work, foundations installation) and/or geotechnical engineering design (use of industry best practices, standards and technical requirements).Experience with relevant geotechnical software, Opile, PLAXIS, GRLWEAP and similar beneficial.Candidate to be structured, systematic and result oriented, independent and eager to take initiative, and able to lead and drive performance within teams.Business mindset (focus on quality, HSE, security, timely deliveries, stakeholder management, etc.).Strong cooperation skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across BA’s and disciplines.Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.Fluent communication skills in English, both oral and written.General informationPlease attach copies of your diplomas, certificates and grades in English or a Scandinavian language.
