How can you make a difference?
Undertaking Human Resources management support services in a Thailand country by assisting in assurance of efficient and effective HR related administrative support services, taking part in a journey on formation of talent outreach and employer branding initiatives/ projects to leverage UNICEF brand in attracting talents from diverse backgrounds.
The role pertains provision of recruitment and placement through innovative approaches beyond normative sourcing modalities, administration of entitlements, staff development and career development, and/or performance management. Responsibilities include supporting activities associated with digital tools/ social media and/or other digital platforms relevant to local talent acquisition under talent management initiatives in which enhancing UNICEF branding and visibility in local labor market as an employer of choice for those who are interested in children’s agenda. In addition, providing administrative, procedural and operational support and assistance to the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions; ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.

The following minimum requirements:
• Education:
Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by university courses in Human Resources Management, Communications, Marketing, advertising, digital media or other related social sciences field is required. University Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
• Work Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR administrative, digital marketing, brand management or public relations including talent acquisition in international organization is required.
Experience with content marketing, social media strategy/ management, market research and data analytic is highly desirable.
Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing and digital content creation is a strong asset.
Three (3) years and an additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for candidates holding a bachelor’s and master’s degree, respectively.
• Skills:
Extensive knowledge of HR principles, rules, regulations and procedures within the UN
Computer literacy and the ability to effectively use standard office software tools as well as good knowledge and skill in using HR systems.
Ability to extract and format data and to solve operational problems.
Ability to organize own work, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal and communication
Takes responsibility to respond to internal and external service needs promptly and proactively; takes initiative to ensure that deadlines, rules and regulations are met. Uses own discretion to address unforeseen situations.
Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality, initiative and good judgment.
Demonstrates courtesy, tact, patience and ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
• Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.

Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
