- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and constraints.
- Collaborate with a team of over 10 designers, fostering the growth of junior and middle-weight team members.
- Liaise daily with clients and consultants, managing programs and budgets.
- Produce detailed and accurate drawing packages, specify finishes and materials, and coordinate with consultants and manufacturers.
- Build and maintain robust client and supplier relationships.
- Ensure consistency in studio standards and documentation across all project phases.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UK and abroad.
- Professional qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Rhino, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK and European supplier market.
- Proactive with excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong design acumen with expertise in concept creation, interior architecture, palette creation, and FF&E sourcing.
- Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and devise creative solutions.
- Effective team player with strong collaboration and feedback reception skills.
- British citizen or appropriate right-to-work documentation.
