This is an exciting opportunity to take your business analytical experience to the next level, as we transform the way deliver public safety communication services to the provide of British Columbia.Reporting to the Manager, TS PMO, in the Technology Service department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Infrastructure Services Team as they mature and optimize their processes and governance. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, using a structured business analysis approach for each initiative. You will work closely with key stakeholders technical team, and architects to identify business needs and gather detailed requirements, develop project plans, analyze as-is and to-be states, prepare a variety of documentation and providing on-going support for services, programs and enterprise applications.With a focus on relationship management, you will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders and partners, managing interactions with various groups whilst problem solving numerous issues at the same time. Strong project management skills, a sense of ownership, and an enthusiasm for problem-solving will be key in executing projects efficiently. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as is the ability to deliver superior service to internal and external partners.We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can determine business and technical requirements, define solutions, identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Key responsibilities in this role include:

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained. This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm. The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 5 years.To qualify for this process, a candidate may be either a Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
