At Oxfam GB, our People & Culture division partners our organisation, driving our people agenda, collaborating with leaders and teams across our shops, offices, and international locations. As a key manager in this division, you will help launch our People and Culture strategy, ensuring our Learning and Development programs align with our cultural roadmap.
